A plan was presented to the Ashwaubenon Parks & Recreation department in April 2021 that outlines the safety guidelines Ashwaubenon Youth Baseball plans to follow for the 2021 season.

These guidelines are similar to last year, but there are a few differences to hightlight. Please read the the full document so you are aware of all the details.

  • Concessions will be allowed with food safety standards
  • Persons that are fully vaccinated will have the option to not wear a mask while working in the concession stand. We ask that those not fully vaccinated wear a face covering while working concessions.
  • Teams may choose to use the bleachers or use dugouts
  • No masks will be required during game play. Masks are optional for coaches and players in the field of play and/or in dugouts or on bleachers
  • We will be following the current CDC guidelines for quarantine (7 days with negative test, 10 days with no test)

The goal of this plan is to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for our players and families to play baseball this summer. As always please stay home if you don’t feel well. This plan should reduce the amount of situations where close contact would arise per the CDC guidelines, and hopefully keep the kids active all summer.

Waiver

An additional COVID-19 waiver will need to be signed for each player before they can participate in the 2021 season. This year coaches will have a waiver for all the team's parents to read and sign.

League Guidelines

These are the guidelines we will follow for events that are run within our own organization, including league activities for our T-Ball, Single A, Double A, and Triple A leagues.
